OFFICIAL 2022 ORGANIZING CONVENTION CALL
Pursuant to the provisions of the Constitution of the Republican Party of Minnesota. The Third Congressional District Organizing Convention shall be composed of the delegates and alternates elected at the 2022 BPOU conventions designated as lying within the boundaries of the Third Congressional District are hereby called to meet at:

Registration is open from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM .Convention convenes promptly at 10:00 AM
The Convention shall be held for the purpose of:
- Adopting a constitution/bylaw for The Third Congressional District
- Electing Congressional District officers
- Endorsement of a candidate for the United State House of Representatives
- Consideration of adoption of Resolutions passed at 2022 BPOU conventions
- Transaction of any other business as may properly come before the convention

Registration
Online pre-registration will be open until April 21,2022 at 5:00 PM .
Online registration fee $35 for Delegates and Alternates . Guest2 18 or older are $20.
At the door $45 for Delegates and Alternates. Guests will be $20.
Anyone seeking to run for US Congress or a Congressional District office ( Chair, Deputy Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, or a Vice Chair ) they must submit their names to Vicki Ernst, Nominating Chair (vicki.ernst@mchsi.com) no later than 5:00 PM on Tuesday, April 18,2022. This is a firm deadline. Names cannot be submitted at the Convention. The nominating committee will schedule mandatory interviews with candidates.
